At Shibuya Stationery Shop, we want you to be delighted with your creative tools. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the stationery items in their original product packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
